I started writing this song nearly a year ago — up in the mountains, staying at my sister’s place while helping build a house for some extra income. I was lonely, disconnected from my normal rhythm, but I’d packed my guitar and pedal board... and this track came out of that quiet space.
It became one of those songs — the kind you walk away from and keep coming back to.
Version 1 started with just the core riff and melody.
Version 2 added a new section.
Version 3 brought clarity.
Version 4 needed space.
Now... Version 5 feels complete.
And what’s wild is how this process mirrors everything I’ve been building inside The Quiet Creator.
🎶 Every version was a lesson in rhythm, rest, and reflection.
Sometimes you don’t finish a song — you grow alongside it. You become a new version of yourself, just like the track does.
That’s what this song taught me. And maybe you’ll hear it in the final version below.
🎧 Give it a listen and let me know what it sparks for you in the comments.
